Had 4 tire installed but when time for alignment, mech said couldn't do it because my car too low go to the tramp, they did it before that's why I have a life time alignment, but strange that they couldn't do it...i left messages about this experience to other website and a received a lot of feedback, one mech said it's easy he did many times to his customers, now my life time alignment is just a waste then...
I called and had an appointment for a ook change. I got there 5 minutes early but they didn't start working on it for 50 minutes after I arrived. Then they started and realized tgat didn't have the right oil. They had to go get some and finally after 3 hours it was done. The waiting area needed an overhaul, torn seats, no plugs to charge my phone or laptop. The only reason I gave it a 2 versus a 1 was the people were courteous.
