good service, very helpful
Team member Eric was very professional, helpful and kind. He ensured that my car was ready and complete in the time-frame quoted. He explained what needed to be done after the inspection and even offered different payment options for ease and convenience.
I got there when they opened and they only had Ariana at the front desk. She was helping me with a customer service phone call about their credit card. In the first hour I was there she dealt with 3 completely rude customers walking in and literally answering phones by herself. This chick needs a raise! No, really, give her a raise. She knows her cars and explains it in a manner that is not to belittle. She has to put numerous calls on hold because the manager severely understaffs this facility.
