This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had with FireStone 51st/Baseline Laveen. I brought my GLE 350 in for coolant leak repairs, and it took a week to fix the car without any explanation. When I asked about the status of my car, the representative became incredibly disrespectful and racist, even physically assaulting the tables and shouting.
