I had a very pleasant experience at Firestone. The staff was friendly and helpful, the waiting area was clean, and there was wi-fi and coffee!!
I had a great experience at Firestone off Madison in Sacramento this weekend. My car was having issues starting, and they diagnosed the problem quickly and got me back on the road. The two service advisors working in the lobby were very kind to my children too. They gave them each a balloon and kept them entertained until our car was ready.
I haven't had service yet, but the guys are nice & the waiting area is comfy.
