RecommendedI must give a shout to the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Southgate, Mi. Last Saturday I discovered I had a leak in one of tires around 4pm. Most tire places closed at 5pm or 6pm on Saturdays. The Firestone in Southgate, Mi was the only tire shop in the downriver area willing to let me bring my vehicle in at such a late notice/ right before they closed while they were working on other vehicles on a Saturday. RecommendedJay, Eric,and all the staff have great customer service. They represent Firestone as first class the place to go for tires, brakes, and most car service.
Very rude and unhelpful. Went in to get my car inspected for Lyft and they wouldn’t even look at it because of a mistake on the paper work and to fix it would be to “shady”.
It was time for me to us my life time warranty and get my tires rotated. They told me it would be a 45 minute wait and it was less than that. I was in and out with a great service. Thank you Firestone
