A follow up to my beef with Firestone in East Cobb and couple weeks ago. They quoted me over $800 for A/C work on our Lexus. I refused the service but they charged me an "inspection fee" which they did not tell me about. I just got the problem fixed for $200 in Roswell. Not only did I get a BS "inspection fee", they were trying to rape me too. Never will enter their establishment again!
Seriously RUN from this pathetic excuse for a business. I took my car here for a brake change in August 2017. Not only did they do a piss poor job (the brakes were squeaking afterwards and I would have to push down all the way to the floor to get it to come to a complete stop) but they REFUSED to do anything about it. Now, not even 6 months later, my brakes have gone out and Im now forced to drop another ridiculous amount of money. Stuck halfway from panama city to Knoxville and got the fastest friendliest service ever!!
Thank goodness this place is here and open later on Sundays. I picked up a screw in one of my tires and it was completely flat. They are repairing my tire and putting it back on as I type this review. Only two guys working here today and they are incredibly efficient and helpful. Eric especially was very kind, reassuring me about my tire and explaining everything. I will definitely be coming back!
