I had a flat, was from out of town and came here from assistance. Staff was courteous, helpful, worked around my time frame. The prices were fair. Overall a very positive experience.
Firestone at 9529 Westheimer charged me $20 on a line item invoice, it was with some other charges that had to do with bleeding and refilling the brake fluid on a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt LS. I am not disputing that the service was necessary - the brakes were pretty janky before the service, and afterwards were a lot better - I definitely consented to the service work and was actually grateful for it. Only problem is that the line item read something like "Extra Charge For ABS", and the cheap bastards at GM did not include ABS ... read more
