I was in Houston yesterday for business and noticed a light on that said I needed brake fluid. I also noticed that my brakes weren't working as they should, I still needed to drive back to Waco. I pulled into the first place that I saw, Firestone at 5300 Westheimer. I was greeted by Eddy Martinez when I entered the door. So I went up there yesterday to get tires for my mom car. And it was the worst customer service experience ever. Not only did l have to wait three hours. They treated me like trash. Im not trying to call names or get anyone in trouble, but it was horrible. And what top it off when i ask the gentleman where my car was when he gave me my keys. He says I don't know probably in the front of back. What you mean you don't know. Smh
I've had nothing but great experiences here at this shop. There have been some changes but def for the better!! I highly recommend this shop for any automotive needs!!
