Been using them forever however, I was having 2 new tires out on and a spare taken off. Said it would be about 3hrs. After 4.5hrs I called to see what was going on. I was told it was just going up and would only take 45 more mins. Go a ride up there only to wait another hour. There was no communicating with the customer! Somewhat annoying btw!
