2 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment I was told when I got dropped off by a friend they only had one technician today and I was next in line. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I dropped the car off at 11:30 knowing I had an appointment at 12 noon. All I got was sorry about the mixup about your appointment. There was no mixup it was Michaels lack of customer service and management skills. I have no choice but to do business with Firestone because I am under a Fleet Contract but I will not do business with this locatio... read more

Expensive for the job done. 4 hours to complete the work. My “recommended service” that I declined is now worse than it was when I went in for something unrelated. Feels like they “fixed” it to break sooner than it was so I’ll come back. No thanks, I found somewhere else that quoted me nearly half what you’re wanting for that service.

Just fair warning this place will take your money and destroy your vehicle in the process all with a smile on their face. I took my car in for an oil change and brake change and discovered their technicians had left something unplugged under the hood. My car broke down 2 days after their oil change destroying a fuel injector. They wanted to change me close to 1,000$ to change out all of the fuel injectors! All of this because I got my oil changed.
