Great service - The associates were courteous, kind, and helpful
This place is HORRIBLE. It needs to be shut down or restaffed. Let me explain the past interactions with this place. 1) I walked in to make an appointment and was told they don't really do that. 2) they wanted to charge over $300 to change a bulb in my headlight. That's not the bad part, I understand labor costs, the problem was when I questioned it the "manager" proceeded to attack me by saying "Firestone is here to make money!" 3) I took my wife's Mercedes in for a second opinion that another garage wanted to charge us ove... read more
After my conversation with the guy I talked to today, I rather spend my money elsewhere. FYI, next make sure you hang the phone all the way up before you start complaining because can’t read your mind about how long a job is gonna take, last I checked that’s something that should’ve been addressed prior to confirming appointment. I will not be recommending this place.
Excellent and efficient service. Great communication.
I enjoy the working crew everyone is so polite and and show respectful laughs and make jokes but most of all they get there job done and get you out of there.
