I enjoy the working crew everyone is so polite and and show respectful laughs and make jokes but most of all they get there job done and get you out of there.
I've been bringing my cars here for tires and alignments for many years. Always quality work with minimum fuss. Update: Discovered a large nail in my tire just prior to departing on a long road trip. Gary and Josh got me in and back on the road in no time so I could make my journey without worry.
Scratched every single one of my wheels, these wheels are $400 a piece mind you. Shop simply don’t respect or care about your personal property, just wanting to work fast and get the job done. I went in for a brake fluid exchange and they did the job correctly, but I would have rather taken it somewhere that wouldn’t cause easily preventable damage. Update: Changed from 2 stars to 3 stars. After 4.5 years of service from the Shaw AFB location, I've had only one experience that did not rate a "10." Every other time, maintaining two separate vehicles, service has been worthy of a 10 because Josh and Gary ensure I get in and out with utmost care and attention to detail. 2+ hours to patch a tire....have to do better..had an apt. Even and not a lot of customers but 2+ hours and $30to do it ..do better
