Always great with the oil change. I had a rattle they identified as my horn was loose and they were nice enough to fix it!
No BS. They got me in and out, and did not try to screw me over, as far as I can tell. Will check everything out, underneath, today, to make sure. But they did not try to sell me anything that was not needed, which is a problem I have run into at a few different Firestones, now.
In and out, great people and service. Will be coming back
