Unconcerned and unhelpful – My husband'scar had died very close to their business. It was raining and cold and he managed to push it to their driveway and halfway up. Because of the weight of the car and the angle of the driveway he could not get it the rest of the way. He walked inside and asked for help getting it the last 12 feet. Need to replace 1 year old tire? – May of 09, I took my 2005 Toyota in for break service. I was charged $20 to inspect the vehicle for things other than breaks. I figure, what the heck and said OK. This must have marked me as “Mr Gullible” and it showed in the estimate they gave me. My Toyota just went over 60K miles of mostly highway commute to my work 25 miles away.
