3rd strike and Im done with Firestone. I thought it would be great to have this shop 3 blocks from my house but its only been a disappointment. Everytime I called for a quote or time frame they would say one thing and when I come in they would say something totally different. Today they tolde they could put my tire on for me but when I came in they completely ignored my business. I waited for 15min and I didnt even get a hello or Ill be right with you. I got a flat tire on Easter weekend. So, I had my tire replaced on Monday. Nice online appointment system, good customer service, good diagnostic and tire care. Very professional. Excellent WiFi, good coffee, nice flat screen TV. I highly recommend!
