RecommendedFirestone had taken very good care of my cars on mutliple occasions. especially appreciative that during the covid crisis, they handled a flat tire patch on a work vehicle for free as an "essential worker" discount. shows a lot of class from the business.
I was told it would take a couple of hours for an oil change. I left and came back more than three hours later and my car still had not been serviced. At this time I was told I could set an appointment and then my car would be done within an hour but as a walk in it takes time. So why wasn't I told that originally?!

Overcharge on parts and way too long to replace 4 tires and somehow get stuck buying 2new tire pressure sensors and had to wait a extra day cause supposedly they couldn’t get the sensors the same day. Beware stay away at all costs unless you like giving money away to thieves. They deserve a fucking zero.
First time at this firestone. Great service in and out I came at 7pm and out by 7:20pm. Just a simple oil change.
Was told I needed to replace a tire (which was under warranty) because it was punctured by a nail. However, when I asked to see the nail and tire they were unable to locate the nail when they showed me the tired, they simply said "it was in this general area", which of course meant my tired replacement was NOT covered by my warranty. Also, they were going to charge me $90 to replace my "warrantied" tire because they said their "measurement procedure" said it was worn that much. Very professional and efficient, all my automotive needs have always been done in a quick manner. Customer service is excellent as well the only place I take my car.
