Absolutely amazing service. Fixed my flat in no time at all. I was assisted by 2 young gentleman named Marcus and Braden. They provided some of the best customer service I have ever had. Their professional yet friendly attitude will have me coming back to this location again to have our automobile issues fixed. Thank you Braden, Marcus, and Firestone!

My family and I came to Wichita Falls, TX from South Dakota to complete some training on the local AFB. When arrived in Texas we noticed a horrible noise coming from the water pump area took it to Firestone and they quickly diagnosed it and found out the issue and repaired it. They helped us A LOT! Stuck downtown with a flat, the kind folks over at Firestone were able to fit me in despite what looked like a full shop. The lady up front was kind and informed me about some maintenance id wanna keep an eye out for. Ill definitely be back!
