I'm gonna be honest, as a young female it's hard to find a place where you feel you're getting reliable, honest service. I don't usually leave actual reviews but this was the first place that made me feel comfortable and communicated with. I had a flat that another retailer said could not be fixed. These guys fixed it for free. We had discussed the fact that if it was bad I might buy a whole set of new tires. After checking it out Braden said it could be repaired. He could have fibbed and sold me a set but didn’t. Good honest person. Good service . I’ll be back in a few months for new tires. Thanks for your honesty and great service.

I had an appt set for 1:00 pm for a tire balance job. I arrive and was told they were a little behind and it would be about 2 hours. I come back 2 hrs later and truck still not even started was told it would be another hour. Leave again and come back in an hour. Truck still not done. They do not honor appointment times. Truck did get balanced but too forever

The gentleman upfront, Brandon, is a stand up guy. I was passing through and was trying to get my alignment done, stopped in and he was more than happy to take a look. I drive a F-350 Dually and it was too heavy and wide for their lift. But instead of outright turning me away at the counter like most would, he walked out and looked at my vehicle, discussed the concerns, made sure it wasn't a big safety concern and made reccomendations on other firestone shops on my way to houston that should be able to see me. I've been waiting for over 3 hours for an alignment and inspection after having an appointment. Still waiting. Hopefully its not too much longer. If you use this place definitely want to have someone drop you off and dont worry about getting your vehicle back any time soon.
