I've been waiting for over 3 hours for an alignment and inspection after having an appointment. Still waiting. Hopefully its not too much longer. If you use this place definitely want to have someone drop you off and dont worry about getting your vehicle back any time soon.
As I was in a panic when I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car. I was quickly and professionally assisted by Marcus who assured I would be taken care of, and I was. His assistance was exceptional. I'm glad I chose Firestone to repair my vehicle
Good friendly service. Paided attention to issues and issues were resolved. A part was ordered hadn't arrived yet do to Christmas will call when part arrives to schedule next appointment. All good experience. Merry Christmas 2025.
They helped me with a flat repair while I was in a rush! The young lady that helped me (cant remember her name, sorry!) Was super sweet, and the gentleman who rang me out gave me a list of things to keep my car running well. Super great experience, I will be back!
Broke down on vacation, water pump broke, truck overheating! Brought it in, ordered parts same day and was back on the road a few hours later! Excellent service. Amanda and Dallin were fantastic!
