Absolutely amazing service. Fixed my flat in no time at all. I was assisted by 2 young gentleman named Marcus and Braden. They provided some of the best customer service I have ever had. Excellent customer service! The woman who I talked to was really nice and helpful (I think she's new because I haven't seen her before) and the man that I talked to when my car was ready was super nice as usual. Never had a bad experience!
It is always a great experience when I need tires or automotive repairs. Staff goes beyond and above with customer service and friendliness! Always so knowledgeable about what needs to be done and the price is always reasonable. Highly recommend them to you for all your automotive needs!
Service was great. Got a new battery with a 3 year warranty. For $217.00 which includes labor. Only took about 1 half an hour. My truck is purring like a kitten again. So, happy to be back on the road again. Thank you Firestone. ❤️✌️😊👍🌹
I had an appointment at 1pm for just two new tires and my truck did not go into the shop until 3pm. That was after I had to say something about other cars that came in after me being taken in before me. I was very disappointed. The lady I spoke to about it needs more customer service training or needs to be moved in to a place that she doesn't have to work with the customers.
