I had a flat that another retailer said could not be fixed. These guys fixed it for free. We had discussed the fact that if it was bad I might buy a whole set of new tires. After checking it out Braden said it could be repaired. He could have fibbed and sold me a set but didn’t. Good honest person. Good service . I’ll be back in a few months for new tires. Thanks for your honesty and great service.
HUGEEEEEEE RAVE!! I came in right before closing to get 4 tires mounted and balanced, and these guys stayed late to get me taken care of! The service here is absolutely amazing!
I've been waiting for over 3 hours for an alignment and inspection after having an appointment. Still waiting. Hopefully its not too much longer. If you use this place definitely want to have someone drop you off and dont worry about getting your vehicle back any time soon.
Broke down on vacation, water pump broke, truck overheating! Brought it in, ordered parts same day and was back on the road a few hours later! Excellent service. Amanda and Dallin were fantastic!
They charged me $616 for a part that cost $255, then also charged for labor. Not sure if this is unusual or not at this specific Firestone, but I will not be going again due to the blatant overcharge. Make sure to verify part prices before signing off on service. In addition, they missed something, as the check engine light for the same issue came back on. I do believe the part they found DID need replacement, it’s just clear their diagnostic wasn’t thorough enough as clearly there’s something else.
