Dropped my daughter’s tire at 12:30 as was my scheduled appt. Got a call less than 30 min later that it was done ! On a Sunday !
I got my tires done at Firestone, Kylee was such an amazing help! Without her and Selena I wouldn’t have know what to do! Thank you both for your help you guys are amazing!
DO NOT take your car to this location. They will openly lie to you about your vehicle and not warranty their own work. They refused to remove lugs nuts that they put on and told me they were too tight. Then the tech walked in and stated that he never even tried to take them off to rotate the tires. The manager just stood there, listened and did nothing!! She leaves a lot to be desired!
Very very disappointed with the work done. I left my car there on June 30th, after paying thousands of dollars and getting confirmation that the car was good for longer drives I put the car on the road and was left stranded hours away from home WITH THE SAME PROBLEM THEY TOLD ME IT HAD BEEN FIXED. do not recommend and will not be taking my car back.
