They really did a great job. I had a problem with my AC and I took it to my local dealership and guess what it was still not working! I almost had a heat stroke driving 3 hours out of town to get home without AC. These guys were nice, kind and took care of my car with care. I will definitely be back whenever I have an issue in the future.

Stephanie at the front counter goes above and beyond and made everything happen for us! The have a new customer in me!
Had to wait in line 6hours to get two tires changed. No one could give me approximate time of waiting. Staff just kept looking annoyed without giving an actual answer to a question.
Got stuck on a road trip due to another Firestone not properly installing a cv boot and the Firestone on McNeil was absolutely fantastic. Above and beyond!! Got us back on the road. Thank you.
