Fraud and ruined my tie rods. On June 6th, I brought my truck in for a front end alignment. The guy at the counter kept pushing back as to why I thought I needed a front alignment. My guess is that because I have the lifetime alignment that he didn't want to do it. After 4 hours of waiting my truck was finished and I was shown a report showing that my front end, definitely needed an alignment. Treated every customer with friendly, professional assistance. They were very busy but we never felt pressured. We are seniors so a little patience goes a long way. This is the second time that we have used them and we are very satisfied with the alignments on our Jeep and Chevy.
