I made an appointment three weeks in advance for 8am. 11am, three hours later they still had not brought my truck into a bay. I got my key and left. Firestone took three hours of my life, I got nothing in return.
I used to love this particular Firestone.. They used to help me a lot with a lot of my car's problems. They got me out of a lot of hairy situations. However, the last time I went in here they told me nothing was wrong with my car. They called me and told me my car was ready to pick up and that they only changed the oil.
