The service people are simply terrific and kind and the service itself was efficient. I made an appointment (for a tire check and replacement). Great experience.
Once AGAIN Firestone let me down. Did the $10 special A/C Check on June 28th. My truck is blowing hot air with a hissing noise. They said nothing is wrong with your system. Took vehicle to Autonation in Houston. Found out a hose has a leak in it and needs replacing. Firestone also pointed out I need new tires, which I already knew. But not a real emergency. Last time they put tires, they forgot to tighten the lugs. Drove 2 blocks and had to go right back. That could have been tragic on the highway.
They cannot successfully balance tires! Multiple attempts! Requesting a refund on lifetime balancing that we paid for!
So our van's was acting squirrelly not starting battery saver coming on etc. Got it to Firestone and they diagnosed bad alternator we also had a bad starter and they ordered the parts. Clint got us all taken care of and on our way again giving our van a clean bill of health. We are road ready again. The team at Firestone is awesome!!
We were in Galveston on vacation. Had just got off cruise ship from a week cruise. Was headed out of town, for home in Arkansas when we had car troubles. Someone told us to call firestone. So we called and talked with Clint... Clint told us a wrecker to call, and assured us he would do all he could to get us headed home asap. Within 3-4 hours, they had us on our way home..they were all very nice and helpful and made us comfortable as possible while waiting. They treated all of the customers that way.
