what is the point in making an online appointment and when you get there you are told they are booked? i dont blame the employees; i blame the system. management and higher ups need to pull it together.
This franchise, but especially this location, is trash. Got a coolant flush, they didn't even put coolant back in, it's 100% clear water (radiator fluid has distinct colors for protection). I've encountered tons of this kind of thing at this location and others over the years. We as consumers need to stop going there just because it's convenient.
Improve customer service!
The staff was nice and friendly, but they tried to charge me $115 for a part I found brand new on eBay for $30 total, including shipping.
So happy with the service! Great group of people. Will definitely be sending folks their way.
