Went in to get my cable connectors replaced I went back to get my car paid for service. Left the premises went to a store got back into my car and my car would not crank up. Popped the hood took a look at my car to make sure that the work was completed still puzzled about why the car would not crank. Take it back to Firestone to my discovery they never replaced anything on the car, but you charge me for service that you have completed. Just noticed the tire replacement you all installed is a smaller sized tire than the other three that are currently on the vehicle. Now my car doesn't drive straight, hopefully your technicians didnt screw up my balance, alignment and rotation I had completed at Firestone, Limestone dr. location on 12/26/16. Thanks Guys!
