I am the new lead tech at this location. I transfered from a #1 store in my zone. Also the #2 in the nation. I am looking to change this location for league city. I am sorry on the past and want to customers to give the new staff a new beginning. Thank you for reading .
If I could give zero stars for my rating on this Firestone location I would. I got a nail in my tire in the parking lot at Kroger across the street on Dec. 23 at about 5pm and really went to Firestone more for convenience and not wanting to drive very far with the nail in my tire and I was turned away!!!?? The sales rep said they were too busy!!! Yes. You read correctly. Turned away! I ended up at NTB who got me in and out in less than 30 mins.
