DUG UP items that needed to be repaired. My son accidentally took his vehicle to the FS across from GR mall within the last 2 months. They suggested rear brakes ( which we agreed with) along with air and cabin filters be replaced). ELM-RIDGE stated back brakes, oil pan, battery, and some ( expensive) ball thingy to do with the suspension ALL NEEDING to be REPLACED. They replaced a fuel pump for me in one of my vans and it started acting up and they replaced it with a new one no questions asked! Very satisfied.

I have found this location to always maintain the best customer service driven attitude, taking full responsibility for their repairs, and being HONEST with their customer base. Their suggested service recommendations are based on safety. Brian, the manager is a truly responsible and trustworthy person at all times, who really cares about his customers. Oh I forgot to tell you that I am not related to him, just a customer who has won my respect from doing business with him for several years.
I came here out of desperation to get a car battery. Not only did they have the battery but they installed it for me even though they were technically closed. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. I dealt with Nate as the service advisor and I believe Zach was the one who installed it. Thanks for the professional service guys! I highly recommend this place.
