Efficient and very informative each step of the repair process!
I dropped my car off at 7 am for a brake job. I was told they would do an inspection ($9.99) before i could get an estimate. At 1:00 pm, after I made 2 calls, i received a call stating my lug locks needed to be removed before a complete inspection could be done. At approximately 1:30 pm, I approved the repair estimate with a forecast completion at 4 pm. As of 5:23 pm I still have not received my car. This is unacceptable.
