Worst place ever took my car in for oil change come out with dents
Today, I stopped by Firestone car service (9500 s. Western) to price tires. As I entered and approached the counter, a young lady, at the counter, tell me, I can take a seat, not even asking what I required? After sitting for about 10 mins. I observed, a caucasian women walk in, walk to the counter and told, I will be with you in a minute. Maybe, it because I'm BLACK. I want be shopping here.
Unacceptable service with extremely long wait for something simple!

they need to be more professional with the customers they tend to charge you for something that they never did
I drive for a company that utilize them and everytime I go to that location there's a problem. If I call in advance they tell me to bring my vehicle and then when I get there they're backed up and will say I can't get you in today but you told me to bring it for today. That customer service sucks it's the worst I've seen and there is always something. And they never offer you anything when they inconvenience you.
The absolute slowest place ive ever been to have repairs done. I brought them my truck on Monday around 1pm, and told them what i needed done, (brakes) and they had my truck until 7pm the next day. They never called me once to say that they were having problems, or that everything was cool, or even that they would have it ready by "X" time... if i hadnt called, I would probably still be waiting on it a full day later! Save yourself some trouble and dont bring your vehicle here.
