brought in some brand new wheels that had been on the car for less than 6 hours to get balanced. used an over sized socket to take off the lug nuts damaging ALL OF THE WHEELS. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE
Scratched all four freshly powder coated wheels
Terrible service they scratched up my buddy’s wheels like crazy when doing a tire balance
RecommendedI must say the last time I was at Firestone was a very bad experience went there just a couple days ago they have a new guy there very nice walks you through everything step-by-step and explained it to where I can understand it I would give them a second chance based on a performance of this new guy I believe his name was Eric things seem to be turning around for Firestone congratulations you have my business once again
