So pleased... they were such a big help, had a bad tire that i knew wouldnt make it to work the next day, i have a toddler and didn't feel safe driving my truck in such condition. I was so stressed out because I thought my battery had died. I called Firestone and they sent out one of their guys (Joe) to jump start it so I could get it over there. Well turned out my alternator belt had broken and I needed a tow. Joe got a tow truck out to me as fast as he could. Got the car to the shop and I have to say the customer service was above and beyond what I could have asked for.
