RecommendedHad my alternator replaced 10 days ago and it malfunctioned and today under warranty they’re replacing it for free. Took me home and will pick me up when it’s done. Love the crew in the Kingston office!
If you should ever go there ask for Mike to do the work on your vehicle he is awesome and will be straight up with you. Mind you he is off on Mondays.. I have been dealing with him for a few years and have no complaints about him at all

Jeffrey, is a Service Advisor at Firestone in kingston. He was so polite to me and went above and beyond doing his job this afternoon. I just purchased a new car and with all the flooding today I hit something and got a flat tire� the warranty company that I went through was supposed to cover my tire at 100% however after an hour and a half of arguing I had to front the money and was told I would receive a check in the mail. Jeffrey did try to help me get my tire paid for up front with this company but in the end we lost out... read more
They found my problem for me. It was my ball joint bolts that was extremely loose. I'm glad I went
