We use Firestone for almost all of car needs. I have gotten to know the workers by name over time. Carlos always greets you with a smile and is honest about what is needed.
I went in for a standard oil change,like I've been doing.... so once I leave and I get on the highway my tire on my car starts to shake. I call right away & he tells me to bring it back in & go on and on about how an oil change wouldn't cause my tire to shake. However,my tire wasn't shaking b4 I came in to get my oil change.they did something that caused me to come back just so they could tell me something else is wrong with my car & think they're gonna get more money out of me. 1 bad experience ruined my services for them! ... read more
This place doesn't do anything went a tire is bad from the tire company that makes a a tire sells you a bad tire and doesn't change it for you and makes you pay for a new one I'm going to the Corporation with this shit
