I have had a lot of issues with a certain dealer in this area. Firestone always takes care of me and at a reasonable price. This garage in particular is wonderful and honest.
Had a starter put on. Wires were crossed I drove off stopped and went to start it it continued to start burning up new starter wire harness ,alternator .firestone towed car back to shop keep it for about a week, then informed me they could not fixed car stated they would refund cost of starter and would. Tow it to the dealer after two weeks at deal I was given a bill 2000$ for damages that where caused by firestone. I filed a claim and still have not seen a dime.
Jarius Shell and his team provided me with excellent service today. They repaired my vehicle in a timely while providing excellent service. I would definitely recommend this business and will certainly use them again. Thank you Jarius and Firestone Complete Auto Care.
