had a six o'clock appointment didn't pull my truck in till six thirty, took off work early so I wouldn't be late, still not finished now 7:30, Griffin next time, thought I would try Macon again been coming here for two years had to turn around and come back four times, one time didn't reset my oil percentage, another time over pressure my tires, another didn't put windshield washer in, another over pressure my tires again, they haven't even rotated my tires and trying to send me away, might be a women, but I know my vehicle,... read more
Driving to a funeral on Sunday when my tire pressure light came on. I was passing through Macon and thank goodness I found this Firestone store open because I had a nail in my tire. I was on a tight schedule but big shout out to Shae and his staff for getting me back on the road in record time. Thank you thank you.
Real nice and took good care of me...
My girlfriend and I have purchased our tires here, lifetime alignments, and even oil changes. I made a huge mistake by bringing my Explorer in for an oil change and asked for the tires to be rotated prior to an alignment check. The tech broke the wheel hub. That was on August 6th. The store 'manager' said he'd replace the broken hub but that was 12 days ago. I took it back at his direction last week when the hub was supposed to be in but the tech was "out sick" that knew how to affect the repair. I cannot get an appointment ... read more
I was on the road from FL trying to get ahead of Hurricane Irma. Stayed a night in Macon and woke up to a dead battery. Lucky for me the hotel I was at Was super close to Firestone. I got my car over to them when they opened. Kevan and his crew took great care of me. Of course my car needed a special battery but they had one at the warehouse and were able to get it delivered. They did a great job of getting me back on the road as fast as they could. They really treated an out-of-town visitor right. If I'm ever in Macon again... read more
