I was very pleased with the results but the overall experience was very frustrating. I was told to have there at 2 and it would be done by 4. I showed up 15 minutes early and my car didn't move from the front until 350. I was there until 6. Like I said, I was pleased with the overall result, but no one talked to me or explained why it took 4 hours vice 2.
Heather and the guys are the greatest! She's almost fmily.
Had an appointment for 4pm oil change took two and a half hours. Not cool.
They are a little slow... Okay allot but they get the job done so idk
Great service! Didn't take but 25 minutes to put on one new tire! Great folks!
1 pm appointment. At 3 pm they start to pull it into a bay. Needless to say after two hours and still no oil change I left. What's the point of making an appointment?
