estimate was very high. when questioned repersentiv said could take off$100 because was having sale the next day. How convenient. took to another repair shop for another estimate. Firestone was charging for new rotors that were not needed. Will never use Firestone for anything. Business based on lies and deceit.
Still waiting at 3pm to get tires rotated only with a 1:00 appointment!!!!!!!
Heather was amazing. I called explain my situation and she said come on in. My response was ma’am I’m in Greenville. Her response was I understand we’ll be waiting on you. Got here and she had me pulled right in and I was out in less than a hour I wanna say!!! They are awesome 🥰
This place is ridiculously slow. If they didn't have a Bridgestone employee discount program, I wouldn't be here.
I was called and told my truck was almost ready. When I arrived 30 minutes later I was told 30 more minutes. My appointment time was 4 pm and it is going on 6:30 and still waiting on 4 tires to be put on. Thumbs down 👎 for this one
Excellent place, had two new sets of tires put on my Volvo, ceramic brakes, rotors and a new battery within the last month and the customer service there is outstanding. A few i’d like to mention are both Terry’s and Melanie “probably messed her name up again” but yea they are amazing at their job and I will definitely be going back again for service in the future.
If 0 stars was a choice that's what I would rate this! We had over $300 stolen in food gift cards out of our car. We spoke with the manager who called the cops however nothing was done to amend the situation.... we paid for our tires and service and had $300+ stolen from us ..... I find this horribly unacceptable and will never take my business there again. As part of the military community I'll never recommend anyone going there as well!
I've been bringing my vehicles to the Berkeley Blvd location in Goldsboro, NC, as as always, I'm never disappointed with the personnel AND the mechanical work that has been done. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone! Thanks everyone for always making me feel like my business is important and much wanted.
