We came into town to visit family and had trouble with one of our tires. We were notoriously losing air and took it in for service. We received excellent customer service. A nail was found. After a patch job we were on our way. Thank you for the quick professional service
The guys at this location were so helpful and kind. My car window broke while I was on a road trip and I happened to be a half mile from Firestone. They helped me immediately and got me back on the road within just a few minutes. I've been a loyal Toyota customer for years, but I will definitely give my business to Firestone from now on! (Note: I was also a mile from a Toyota dealership, who refused to help me) Thank you for your kindness, Firestone! I will definitely be back!
knowledgeable and fair. they want it done right. you can get it cheaper some other place maybe BUT do they have shops all over the country that can pull your records and see what was done and if it's wrong, do it again or repair it under warranty?
