From the time I walked in the door the workers were extremely friendly and helped me get what I needed (front brakes) only took about 30 minutes to check out my car and give me the recommendations then under an hour my car was done! I got there and to pick up my car and jokingly asked Katie did they have some coupons and she said YES so I said can I have one and she gave me a $60 coupon off my brake services! Great customer service and great price. I will be going back for my automotive needs.
These guys are fantastic! Rick and his team take care of all three of my vehicles and do a great job. Unlike some national chain locations, they are not constantly trying to upsell you on something you don't need. They are quick to offer solutions and have helped me with some creative workarounds with difficult vehicles. The only reason I didn't give a five star is the pricing is a little high, but I don't mind because as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
I spent three hours here after making a appointment for a nail in my tire. I know tire shops take forever but 3 hrs to patch a tire is unacceptable. I will no be buying any more tires from firestone.

I’ve utilized all sorts of shops all over the eastern side of American and these guys were hands down the best. Forever firestone at this point.
I think a manager/owner needs to contact us!! Go in for break pads and oil change.!. Ends up new rotors for some reason even though ours had never been turned and the employee talked my husband into change of break fluid... Um what???? How crooked can you be. If there is some really good reason all this needed to be done for break pads and oil change please enlighten me.
