Took my corvette in for a simple oil change. They dropped it off of the vehicle lift and literally totaled out my car. Firestone never reported this incident to their insurance company, but rather waited for me to report it to mine. I never even heard from Firestone upper management on this issue. Now I'm out a car and they are simply paying off my insurance company the amount it was written off. So, beware of doing business with Firestone.
