Had a nail in the side wall of a hard-to-find Pirelli tire. Brand new to the city and found my way to this Firestone for help since I need to travel within 24 hours. They don't carry Pirellis, but David went out of his way to find me one locally and have it picked up within the hour. Then he personally put it on my car and thanked me for my business. Had a blow out on Sunday and called to schedule an appointment first thing on Monday, they were booked for the day but going to fit me in if I left the car. Got there at 7:45 am and they had me fixed and out the door by 9:00 am! Didn't have to leave it and worry about the hassle of getting to work and then back to get car. We're super fast, friendly and helpful! Thank you Jeff and team!
