I told them I had a break issue twice took it twice and they said I needed struts that has nothing to do with breaks definitely wouldn’t recommend them for anything
Tried to charge me $30 then offered me $20 to plug my tire because that one tire wasn’t firestone brand. Also paid the $120 for alignment for life with them. USE DISCOUNT TIRE. There alignments are free with purchase of tire and also plugs are free. I had planned on using Firestone for everything from here on out. Not after that price gouge. Absolutely ridiculous for something that takes 2 minutes and I’m already paying for an oil change.

This is the worst firestone location in Greenville, they are rude, incompetent and love to price gouge. Really go anywhere else but this location I have had multiple bad experiences here. I tried to give them a third or maybe even a fourth chance and they reminded me very quickly why I stopped using them.

For a dedicated / loyal customer of Firestone this was The worst � Firestone (Antrim Drive-Greenville, SC) I have ever dealt with. Only because of the initial contact with one of their managers with no customer service etiquette.
The service is always great here! David always gets my car in and out as quickly and possible. Even though they are always very busy they always take the time to help and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend this shop!
They did a great job on my car, they just took so long to fix it.
