Outstanding service and service people! Called ahead for an appointment and didn't have to repeat what needed to be done. John had it all there and just told me. They went over and above by topping off fluids, checking tires, and being very friendly and courteous. It wasn't just with me, either. They treated everyone, customers and employees with friendly respect. This was my second visit to this store. Will use them again!
I ABSOLUTELY HATE FIRESTONE! We’ve taken our car here twice, spent over $500 the first time, broke down two days later. Then because we had a warranty on our breaks, we brought it back. Ended up having something else wrong and had to pay $400.....a day later?! I’m stranded at work because the car is broke down. Just a coincidence that they JUST worked on it again, I think not. FIRESTONE IS THE WORST.

They do the tires and alignments on all our cars. Excellent service. They even stand behind what they sell. Not much of that anymore.

I initially came it for use of their services on past recommendations from friends. I am very happy with the service as well as the price of the individual services required. I had been price quoted on different services at various places, and by far I feel that Firestone has the best rate vs service quality. The oil change rate was extremely reasonable in itself.
