The store manager Giovani was very helpful including the staff. I was greeted right when I entered and was assisted right away. Overall great experience and I’ll be bringing in all my cars for future service.
The Downey Firestone Complete Auto Care is amazing. The customer service is top notch. The prices are fair and much more affordable than any dealership. I look forward to bring my car here from now on.
I came in to get a quote for a new set of tires. I was helped by a young lady named Melissa, her service was outstanding. She really helped me understand the difference with the tire threads, the brands and the difference between each one to help me decide which one was the best fit for my car. This girl really deserves a raise !!!!! Friendly, professional and easygoing. Definitely going to recommend this place to my friends and family and refer them to her. Thank you Melissa for all you helped me with!! 🙏🏼
5 hours for an oil change and no discount crazy ! Have not received my receipt yet!
