I am HUGE on customer service, and this particular location never disappoints. Raymond greeted me with smile and was radiant with positivity (even when he was transparent about the wait time). When I came back, there was another young lady (I can’t remember her name) that picked up the torch and carried the positivity. This has been consistent at this location for the past few years. We are never going anywhere else!
Very helpful and was able to get me out quickly and reliably.
Ray is super helpful and was very patient. There were a lot of people in line but he addressed us and that was nice because I personally felt like I was getting attention, cuz I hate feeling ignored. It’s service like this that makes me feel good about where I leave my car and also makes continue to come back.
