Unable to reach owner to resolve/repair issue I have gone to this garage for regular oil changes going on two yearswithout issue. This means that Firestar mechanics are the only working on the oil pan ,etc... With the slowing economy I decided to take up an old practice of doing the oil myself. I never had such a hard time taking off an oil plug. It gave resistance in coming off each and every turn of the ratchet. I believe this company was responsible for stripping the threads which I know happens often with these air tools... read more
