I had a verbal dispute with an abusive person outside of the bar, and one of the people who runs the place thought it would be a great idea to get in my face and put his hands in my face, making fun of me and demeaning me. Great patio environment This is one of my neighborhood favorites. Fireside is worth visiting at least for a cocktail. If you are going to eat at the Fireside definitely request to be seated in their patio area, which is used all year round through coverings and heaters. A great place to eat and/or drink This place is a regular of mine for many reasons. The make the best Tanqueray Martini I've ever had, and when I ask for extra olives (always), I'm sometimes brought a whole bowl! There are 3 sections to this restaurant-an indoor dining area with working fireplace, a bar wich allows cigar smoking and has a jukebox, and the famous oudoor patio, open all year (heated in the winter). Love it. I have always gone here for brunch and I just love it. They have a great bloody mary bar, the food is delicious, and service is great. The restaurant is huge so I have never had to wait for a table. Warm decor. Nice place.

LOVE the late night Dining Option – Best thing about this place is that they deliver and are open late on a daily basis!! I've done both and have no complaints. I didn't know until I read on here that they delivered beer and wine late as well, and if you really want cigarettes too. Greatness! Their pasta dishes are my favorite as well as the smoked bbq.
