Perfect pizza – We have visited this location several times since they have opened. The first visit was good, but they were apparently working through some things, as food and service was not what we have come to expect from Fireside (comparing to the Henderson/Knox location) I think they had only been open a couple of weeks. Take out was not even available!!! We have continued to visit this location, because there is only a minimal wait, and the facility is just newer and nicer. Great Food but ... – The food here is great. The only thing on the menu is pizza and salads and desserts. The wait hasnt been too bad like the location on henderson, but I have 2 issues. 1- They have a huge parking lot next to the building which is for VALET only?
