I normally would give apartments a 5 star however as of lately there have been changes of leasing staff @ Alexander House in Silver Spring MD. In May, I was threatened by an inebriated neighbor & it has been reported but I dont know of any action has been taken for this animalistic behavior; there are random people that dont have a key fob waiting outside the apartment & attempting to get on the elevator & the Conceirge who are young apparently doesn't pay much attention which is a safety hazard.
