The Fireside Lodge B&B offers fantastic amenities and a cozy warmth that is missing from many of the bigger resorts in the area. It is pet-friendly and some the delightful extras include an extensive continental breakfast, wine and cheese in the evening and complimentary marshmallow toasting. Guests have ample opportunity to mingle with other guests; the rooms are cozy, clean and prettily furnished. A great option for a Tahoe escape, be it winter or summer.

We stayed two nights with our two dogs (labs). The staff was amazing and it felt like we had been friends for years. The property is very clean and the rooms are as well. They have an outside firepit with games and lots of comfortable chairs. They even had dog chairs! The staff really made everyone comfortable and we made some new friends around the firepit. I needed a quick weekend getaway with my dog and Fireside Lodge more than delivered! They were super friendly and accommodating, the rooms were cozy and cute and had everything I needed - including the little kitchenette, and it was a great location just a quick drive from a dog friendly beach and other good local bars and restaurants. Thank you guys for the relaxing weekend, I will definitely be back!
The Fireside Lodge was a perfect place to stay in Lake Tahoe. The room was clean, adorably decorated and full of basic necessities( coffee & beds). We took advantage of the bikes and the beautiful path behind the lodge that lead to multiple beaches. We brought our dog, who was treated like a king. with treats . Ben was a very friendly host who made us feel right at home!
I can’t recommend Fireside Lodge in Tahoe enough! The owners were SO friendly, kind and inviting and the lodge had so much to do. The outside games/game room kept the kids thoroughly entertained, the rooms were clean and beds were comfy, the bike path right behind the lodge takes you easily down to Pope beach and they had plenty of bikes available for free to use.
