An awesome place. Strongly recommend
We could not ask for a better stay at Fireside Lodge! Our room was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the lodge is great, very quiet on the edge of town, and only a short drive to the center of South Lake Tahoe. The owners really are terrific hosts - we enjoyed both their breakfast and Happy Hour! Visiting from Maryland!
First stay at Fireside but won't be our last! It is apparent that the owners/staff love this property & the guests who visit. They arr friendly, kind, & accommodating. Every detail from the comfy mattress to the Belgian waffles, happy hour, sauna, smores, bikes, fireplace, & game room made our stay comfortable, relaxing, satisfying, & FUN! GREAT TIME!!! Friendly, charming lodge with a wonderful staff, great breakfasts, nice rooms and cute pups. We loved the outdoor space and ability to borrow bikes. Perfect for a cozy, casual, mountain stay!
