UPDATE: We have now been in our home for five years and been through three hurricanes. When we closed on our home with Fireside, we didn't have a punch list as the quality of a Fireside home is that good. Five years later, our home is still as nice as the day we moved in. I watched a house being built by Fireside. Mike owner with sister. Mike is the most hands on , overseeing everything. I would defiantly buy from them. Give them a call for your next brand new home
