The big fear when hiring an hvac contractor is that the service technician is looking for every opportunity to upsell or replace a furnace or ac unit. At least, I feel this way. But, what I experienced with Firestone was straight forward and honest. Instead of upselling, Nixon quickly determined where to look for the problem and then he fixed it. Easy peasy. Firestone over delivered. I will call them again when I need my hvac serviced again.

Nixon is awesome! He and his crew diagnosed and repaired my AC system when others thought it wasn't able to be fixed. And Nixon is the absolute best guy overall to work with! ... read more

Nixon and his team at Fireside heating and cooling did great work. Most importantly they communicated well and followed up to make sure all the work they did was completed to my satisfaction. They came in as the most affordable option between five quotes I took for my AC install. Thanks, NIxon.

We had great service, prompt estimate by the owner named Nixon, and a good price. Very friendly, no pushy sales, gave us three options and actually took less time than expected! Highly recommend this company owned by Nixon. Oh, and Nixon comes on site to ensure quality work at each appointment!

Nixon and co at Fireside came out and installed a dual mini-split heating and cooling solution for me. They used my preferred electrician, gave him all the instructions, and the install is immaculate. Everything works flawlessly, and it looks *REALLY* good. All the lines were run up through the attic, and out the side of the house in a way that looks very similar to a weather drain pipe coming down. Excellent service, extremely quick turnaround from quote to install, and the finished product speaks for itself. Or rather, ... read more
