Great experience. JD took lots of time to explain the details of all the different fireplace systems and help me make a decision about all the different choices we had. Everyone there was friendly and patient with my 1-year-old, too.
Disappointed, Disrespected, and Frustrated! Called and spoke to a sales person regarding a fireplace for my remodel project 2-days ago. I scheduled an appointment for 8:15am today to pick replacement fireplace. I arrived at 8:15am on the dot and the sales person wasn't yet in the office. The receptionist went to "find someone," returned 10 mins later and said it would be another 20 mins before someone could help me. During the 10-mins I was waiting, at least 5-other men walked by me and two actually asked me if I needed help... read more
