RecommendedI don’t usually do reviews because I’m in the restaurant industry but I’m also a pizza lover and will travel for great pizza ! I always judge a pizza place on their cheese pizza and Fireside is doing it right ! Best pizza I have had outside of New Haven ! Thank you for a REAL brick oven experience!!!

Went for a late dinner Saturday (they are now open until 10pm on the weekends). Delicious pizza, healthy options on the menu as well. Service was fantastic. Plenty of parking and nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy dinner inside.
We went to Fireside Brick Oven Creations and had a great experience, we tried 4 different items and a couple of apps, all were hot, salad was cold and crisp, service was good, friendly, looking forward to going back and trying something different.
This family-owned place is truly magnificent. The food is outstanding, and the service is even better. Come out and enjoy the delicious food that this great family is serving! A+!
Stopped in to support an old national guard buddy my husband Aaron knew which now he and his family are the new owners. The place is SO pretty inside with a beautiful wall of open faced gorgeous brick ovens. The lighting is perfect and staff friendly. The pizza was delicious. Thin crust - proper amount for toppings and was yummie. We ordered the Zion - again, yummie. The menu has many options and we definately will be back.
