I chose their steak and fries for dinner. Bad choice on my part as the steak was one of the worst cuts of meat that I have ever encountered. It was so tough the steak knife would not even cut the meat, but I was able to tear small portions so I could eat it. Well, a couple of pieces that were so chewy that I gave up and quit trying to eat the steak. I will never order another steak if I ever go there again. One of the best places in Seattle to eat. Love the fish and chips and their Ruby beer!
It wasn’t busy at all for Saturday night. And the service was kind of slow. Food was good, drinks were good.
Can't tell you much 'bout the food, But my lunch partner was wonderfully engaging. We have known each other for over 15 years and never have had a cross word.

Our first visit to this McMenamins, we were thoroughly blown away by this place. Our server made our visit special for us by going above and beyond what is normally expected of them. The food was cooked perfectly and served in a timely manner, even though it was quite busy at the time we were there. We enjoy the McMenamins establishments, and try to eat at them when we’re out and about doing our running around.
