I am hoping management reads the reviews. I booked a room Sunday night, Nov 11. The hotel was busy and may have been nearly full due to the holiday; however, this should not be a surprise. Service was slow and the customer service was absolutely non-existent. My friend and I went in to the bar near the main restaurant around 8.
